Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.  By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

Ordering & Payment

All artwork is made to order and requires full payment at the time of purchase.  Once your order is confirmed, it is considered final and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Custom-Made Production

Your selected images are carefully prepared and produced through a professional, archival-quality print lab to ensure exceptional color, detail, and longevity.  Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for production and delivery.  During peak seasons, turnaround times may be slightly extended.

Color & Artistic Integrity

Each image is edited with intention and calibrated specifically for professional printing.  While every effort is made to ensue consistency, slight variations between on-screen viewing and the final printed piece are a natural part of the printing process and contribute to the uniqueness of your artwork.

Delivery

Orders are delivered via a trusted shipping partner.  Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier.  You will be notified as soon as your piece is ready.

Quality Assurance

Every print is inspected to meet professional standards prior to delivery.  In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or with a production defect, please notify me within 3 days of receipt and include photographs of the issue.  A replacement will be arranged promptly.

Final Sale

Due to the custom nature of each piece, all sales are final.  Refunds are not offered.

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Fiorello Photography and photographer.  Purchased prints are intended for personal enjoyment and display and may not be reproduced, altered or used for commercial purposes.
